WHAT IS IT LIKE TO COMMISSION ME?

This service doesn't cost more.When inquiring about a commission please provide reference images or as many details as you can. For OCs I would need a detailed description or a reference sketch/image (the quality doesn’t matter). These are especially important for your commission to turn out the way you want it. It also speeds up the process of price calculation because otherwise, I will be asking you for important details if they are not initially provided. Likewise, if you have envisioned how elements on the drawing should look like you are more than welcome to provide me with reference pictures.By default, personal commissions start without signing the contract and with the commissioner paying upfront. Freelance work for companies requires signing a digital contract before sending the down payment.Returning clients get 10% OFF!

I work in Clip Studio Paint. By default, I will be working with 300 dpi, A4 canvas size. The final piece is delivered in png format via the Google Drive link. Please do let me know if you need different resolutions, dimensions, or file types.If you wish to get your hands on a csp/psd file (aka files with layers), there is a flat charge of £50 (~65$). The file will be sent after the amount was paid in full.WILLS AND WON'TS
I am open to considering every commission inquiry as long as it is not offensive in nature and doesn’t feature minors in an inappropriate setting/way (aged up canon minors are okay). By browsing my gallery you can see what I commonly draw and therefore what is a safe bet skill-wise. If you really want to commission me for something out of my comfort zone, the price might be affected. But I am more than happy to hear your wishes and we can try working something out.I do not take commissions for NFT art.PERSONAL COMMISSIONS - WHAT IS THE PROCESS LIKE?
1) If you’re happy with the quote and wish to proceed, you will receive a PayPal invoice in your email. PayPal invoicing is extremely convenient for both parties. For personal commissions, you will have to pay in full before I start working on your commission. Payment plan available for personal commissions over $200 with 50% paid upfront, and the rest before receiving the final files.
2) You will be shown a sketch which I will start elaborating (if the commission is such) only after your approval. At this point, you can ask for amendments and I will adjust the sketch for free as long as it doesn’t require a complete change of scene/I need to redraw everything. On such occasion, a surcharge of 20% of the agreed price will apply for the new sketch. In the case of OCs and character design, I will give you flat colours on approval before continuing as well. Colour changes are done for free.
3) When the piece is done you will get a finished piece in high-resolution png format together with all the pre-steps if you so desire (e.g. if it was a shaded commission, you also get a sketch, lineart and flat colours for free). You may choose between a transparent or simple background as well. In case there is a flat coloured background you will get a separate file with a transparent background for free. Chibis can get a white sticker-like border around as well if you wish so (and you will get a finished version both with and without it).If at any point your commission gets stuck (e.g. unforeseen circumstances in real life will prevent me from working on it for a longer period of time) I will always communicate and show the current progress of your piece. You can decide if you wish to cancel the commission but the cancellation policy will then apply for a refund.HOW LONG WILL FINISHING MY COMMISSION TAKE?
This, of course, depends on the complexity of work and my workload. I will only ever open two slots so at any time I will only working on two commissions at most. I will generally aim to deliver your final piece within two weeks or less, but anything that doesn’t require linearting, atmospheric shading, or complex backgrounds should be done quicker. Chibis and sketches will usually be delivered in a week's time or less.If I see that for any reason I will need more time I will let you know. You’re also more than welcome to check on me during the process if you’re worried for whatever reason.URGENT COMMISSIONS? SKIPPING THE WAITLIST?
I accept urgent commissions and commissions that skip the waitlist. The urgent commission charge is from 20-100% depending on the urgency. My personal life situation permitting, you can get an urgent commission as fast as the next day. Skipping to the front of the line is charged +50% of the total price.WILL I GET A REFUND IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE END RESULT?
Unfortunately, no. To prevent this from happening I include you in the process and give you a preview of the sketch. I cannot guarantee that the result will match the one you imagined but I can guarantee that I will do everything I can to deliver a level of quality you can see in my recent works.CANCELATION POLICY
If you want to cancel your commission at any point after paying for it, the contract kill fee applies. This fee is 15% of the total price. You will also receive a partial refund based on the amount of work that is already done. You will also receive the drawing in its current stage. You don’t need to give me a reason for cancellation.TIPS

I don’t have a suggested tip amount (and this also varies with the complexity of your commission, but ko-fi sets a minimum of £3 per donation (I cannot change that, unfortunately) so I guess that would be the minimum. You are welcome to use your piece for all usual online use (icons, banners, headers, backgrounds, non-monetized youtube videos, etc) as well as printing for personal purposes (e.g. printing it on your home printer to put on the wall, printing it on merch for personal use aka gift or your personal copy). Cropping and editing are fine, but if you do extensive editing and then post it somewhere publicly, please make sure you credit and mention edit accordingly. For sketches and linearts, you are more than welcome to continue working on them without asking me for permission. I would be very curious to see your end result so if you remember to show me I will love you forever. Please, credit accordingly in this case. Using the commissioned art for a tattoo is fine.USING MY COMMISSIONED ART FOR MONETARY PURPOSES IS FORBIDDEN UNLESS WE AGREED ON IT!USING YOUR COMMISSIONE ART FOR BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to inquire. 2) You will be shown two to three rough sketches of different concepts first. Once we've found a concept you're happy with I will clean up the sketch, add some lighting variations, and send it on approval before I start elaborating. At this point, you can ask for amendments and I will adjust the sketch for free as long as it doesn’t require a complete change of scene/I need to redraw everything. On such occasion, a surcharge of 20% of the agreed price will apply for the new sketch. Colour changes are done for free.
3) You may request another check-point between the approved coloured sketch and the final piece, or just wait for me to finish the whole piece in one sitting.
4) When the piece is done I send it on one final approval. At this stage, you may request some minor amendments. The rest of the price must be paid in full at this point. Only then will I send the high-resolution file ready for printing.If at any point your commission gets stuck (e.g. unforeseen circumstances in real life will prevent me from working on it for a longer period of time) I will always communicate and show the current progress of your piece. You can decide if you wish to cancel the commission but the cancellation policy will then apply for a refund.HOW LONG WILL FINISHING MY COMMISSION TAKE?
I will aim to deliver the finished piece within one week, however, this will depend on how quickly you approve the piece in each stage. At most, the piece will take two weeks, but I will personally always aim to have your piece finished ASAP.If you need the finished piece within 5 calendar days, I can guarantee this with the following adjustment in the creation process: only the initial rough sketch is sent on approval, and once you've chosen the direction of the print, I can finish it all in one sitting under 5 calendar days.If I see that for any reason I will need more time I will let you know.
